Follow a 12 week programme to help strip body fat, improve your health, enhance your fitness levels and tone up. We also offer a gym version of this training plan, as an alternative.


Our 3 month programme will help you to get focused, find motivation and inspire you to adhere to long term exercise. At Maximise Potential, we have no ‘quick fix’ and look to help clients adhere to long term training, helping to develop and improve their health and fitness.
