Sports Specific Team Training

Train as a team with one or more of our qualified sports/strength and conditioning coaches, working on training principles and movement patterns specific to your sport. Enhance your team’s ability to generate more power when running, turning, jumping, kicking, throwing, hitting or pulling. Following a specific progressive training programme, your coach will take you through a variety of strength, plyometric, speed and agility training to enhance your sporting performance. This is also a great way to bond as a team and establish team relationships and have a laugh.

 

Team training can be started before, during or even after your season. The sessions will be managed and designed depending on where your team are up to in your season. Whether your team needs pre-season training, maintenance work during the season or some post-season training, Maximise Potential will provide the training necessary for your athletes.

 

Each training session will last for 60minutes but can be tailored to suit the team’s needs, whether that’s a reduction or increase in duration (additional fees will apply for extended sessions). During each session you will be guided through a variety of exercises, tailored to the team’s needs, to ensure safe and effective training takes place, whilst fitness levels improve.
