£40 per session / £360 x 10 sessions
One to one training with a dedicated and experienced personal trainer. Your personal trainer will design a specific, progressive programme that is tailored to your goals and implement that into your one on one training sessions. You will receive nutritional guidance that will support your one on one training and assist with your specific goals. You will also receive initial testing (tests reflect your chosen goal) and will be monitored and re-tested on a regular basis (agreed with trainer).
Each training session will last for 60minutes but can be tailored to suit individual’s needs, whether that’s a reduction or increase in duration (additional fees will apply for extended sessions). During each session you will be guided through a variety of exercises, tailored to your specific needs, to ensure safe and effective training takes place.
