£50 per session / £400 x 10 sessions
Working one on one with one of the experienced and qualified sport / strength and conditioning coaches. They will take you through a specifically designed programme to enhance your individual sporting/athletic performance, help reduce risks of injury in key biomechanical movements that are common within your sport/athletic discipline, assist with injury rehabilitation and maximise your performance within your chosen field.
Each athletic development training session will last for 60minutes but can be tailored to suit your individual needs, whether that’s a reduction or increase in duration (additional fees will apply for extended sessions). During each session you will be guided through a variety of specific exercises, tailored to your needs, to ensure safe and effective training takes place, whilst enhancing your sporting/ athletic performance.
