Fitness Testing & Biomechanical Analysis

Multiple tests and analysis to assess ability, so that specific goals can be set to ensure development. This tool will also be used for initial assessment and then to monitor progression. All personal training, youth training, athletic development training and sports team training will include fitness testing, biomechanical analysis, body composition testing and nutritional guidance. 

If you are following a 12 week progressive programme or participating in group training, then an additional cost will be required to complete a session of testing.
