Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation

Work with one of our qualified trainers to reduce the risk of injury or return from injury through a progressive training programme specific to you. By training one on one, either in a personal training session or athletic development session, you will train using safe and effective methods to help strengthen key biomechanical movements to help reduce the risk of injuries and support your rehabilitation. This will be implemented into all training at Maximise Potential, but specifically one on one training.
