Youth Development (16 & under)

£20 per session / £175 x 10 sessions

Train one on one with a qualified trainer/coach, who will design a specific progressive programme to aid and support your general or athletic development. Your trainer/coach will work on improving movement patterns, mobility, strength, functional ability, reduce risk of injury or growth problems and correct imbalances that are causing restrictions in development, to ultimately maximise your potential for success.

 

Each training session will last for 60minutes but can be tailored to suit the individual’s needs, whether that’s a reduction or increase in duration (additional fees will apply for extended sessions). During each session you will be guided through a variety of exercises, tailored to your individual needs, to ensure safe and effective training takes place.
